Recipe for my Garlic Knots
Thaw 6 frozen dinner roll balls (I use Rhodes). When soft, cut each in half and reshape into balls. Place rolls 2 inches apart on greased on cookie sheet. Cover and let rise for about an hour. Preheat one to 350. Bake rolls until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
Meanwhile warm 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic over medium low heat. Don't burn butter. Cook until garlic is fragrant, 5 minutes. Brush rolls with garlic butter. Place rolls in bowl. Add 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan and 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley and toss. Serve.
